Terms of Service

Effective date: July 4, 2026

1. The service

MCP Cloud ("we", "us") provides hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers at mcpcloud.space. You deploy server instances from our templates (currently Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google AdSense and Google SERP), authorize them to access your own data where applicable, and receive a private HTTP endpoint URL to use with AI agents and MCP clients you control. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service is currently in beta: features may change, be interrupted or be discontinued at any time.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for everything that happens under your MCP Cloud account. Your MCP endpoint URLs embed API keys: keep them secret, and disable or rotate them in your dashboard if you suspect they have been exposed. You must be legally able to enter into these terms to use the service.

3. Your data and authorizations

You choose which accounts and data sources to connect. When you authorize a Google-backed server, you represent that you are entitled to grant that access. Actions performed by your AI agents through your MCP endpoints (including write operations such as managing sitemaps in Search Console) are performed on your behalf and are your responsibility. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service to violate any law, third-party right, or the terms of the connected services (including Google's terms and API policies);
  • access or attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
  • probe, disrupt or overload the service, or circumvent its security or rate limits;
  • resell or offer the service to third parties as your own without our written consent;
  • use the service to distribute malware, spam or abusive content.

We may throttle, suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates these rules or harms the service or other users.

5. Third-party services

The service interoperates with third-party platforms (such as Google APIs and DataForSEO) that we do not control. Their availability, data accuracy and terms are theirs; changes on their side may affect or break functionality, and we are not responsible for those changes.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Beta software in particular may contain defects. You use the service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to the service — including actions taken by your AI agents through your endpoints. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or 50 US dollars.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your servers at any time; to delete your account entirely, email us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service; where practical we will give you reasonable notice. Sections 6, 7 and 9 survive termination.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date; for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
